Best of 2012 playlist: House Party edition

A few weeks ago a House Party employee, David, shared an idea he's been doing with friends for years: making a 'best of CD' including all the songs his group of friends were listening to that year. We decided this would be a fun House Party activity so we asked employees to share their most listened to song this year. We got quite the array of music and filled up two discs with 2012 hits!

Check out the Best of 2012 House Party playlist: "Gangnam Style" - Psy (apparently a big hit with our development team) "New Earth" - Zerbin "Diamonds" - Rihanna "Wipe Your Eyes" - Maroon 5 "It's Time" - Imagine Dragons "In My Dreams" - James Morrison "Ho Hey" - The Lumineers "Girl on Fire" - Alicia Keys "Up All Night" - One Direction (after the One Direction Up All Night House Party, we couldn't get this song out of our heads!) "Into the Black" - Chromatics "Drive By" - Train "Bad Thing" - King Tuff "Call Me Maybe" - Carly Rae Jepsen "We Take Care of Our Own" - Bruce Springsteen (a song that really touched us this year when Sandy hit) "The Reign" - King Mez "House Party" - Meek Mill (the reasoning is in the name!) "Titanium" - David Guetta feat Sia "Party Rock Anthem" - LMFAO "Don't Stop the Party" - Pitbull feat TJR (Party on!) "Babel" - Mumford & Sons "Bright Whites" - Kishi Bashi "I Do" - Young Jeezy feat Jay-Z & Andre 3000 (especially relevant since we had 5 House Party employees get married this year!) "Been Away Too Long" - Soundgarden "We are Young" - Fun "Somebody That I Used To Know" - Gotye (Feat. Kimbra) "Empire State of Mind" - Jay-Z (Reppin' our HQ state) "Salida Del Sol (York's Album Mix)" - York & Steve Brian "Springsteen" - Eric Church While some of these songs are especially relevant for House Party, all of them have a special place in our hearts, or on our iPod playlists at least. What are your favorite songs of 2012?
