Fact: Everyone loves hummus (well, almost everyone). I’ve never met a person who doesn’t like it. Hummus is great because it’s a low calorie delicious snack food. It’s not laden with butter, oils or saturated fats. Every time I make it for a gathering, it gets devoured by my guests with little or no remorse.

Best food apps for your smart phone
Traveling is a lot easier than it used to be thanks to the sheer amount of information that we hold, literally, in the palm of our hands. Gone are the days of lugging around MapQuest printouts and travel brochures. I feel pretty confident now that you can drop me off just about anywhere in the country and I’ll find a good place to eat, a nice spot to have a beer or a unique place to grab a cup of coffee.
